A proper work out session should be of 60 minutes as the levels of adrenaline and other helpful secretions are optimum for this much period only.
A session starting with 10 to 15 minutes of warm up, should have a central body of 40 to 45 minutes which will be taken by heavy power packed exercises and should eventually end with 5 minutes of warm down routine.

This is pretty good. But 60 minutes is too long for me. Do you have any alternative for about 30 minutes only?

Really nice information but now a day everybody having so much tight schedule so 1 hour is too long.
