When you have no option? What do you mean by that?
I go for alternative medicine first. A natural way doesn't give abrupt result. So If I have no option, I go for the synthetic.

For those who don't understand the term "alternative medicine" in the same way as used here...
It is phrase used for practices that are believed to be positively effective in curing diseases but have many contradictions. Some examples include naturopathy, chiropractic, herbalism, traditional Chinese medicine, Unani, Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, biofeedback, hypnosis, homeopathy, acupuncture, and diet-based therapies. To me, alternative medicines are long term investments and if done in proper, way will returns more then contemporary medicines, which has numerous side effects.

According to my point of view.. alternative medicine produced for caring of human's health then what is mean of afraiding by their side effects... yes i agreed that each and every medicines has some side effects... but if you will take with proper precaution then you don't need to afraid their side effects... I am a strong advocate of alternative medicine personally. In most cases, alternative medicine is primarily preventative, and those who practice it religiously are at a much lower risk of developing a serious health problem at some point in their lifetime. Practicing alternative medicine, can save thousands of dollars in medical expenses, and can greatly increase the quality of life for most people.
