Powder as if "Protein Powder"...yes, but then it can be taken by those in rehab after injury as well so, I won't say that they are in that category of "Body building intakes", but are supplements to ensure proper diet and no injections for sure.

I never use powder and injunction of body building because it has many side effect for body. It is good for few time and after sometime it destroy health.
