For bodybuilders it is recommended to have 5-6 meals a day. normal people 2-3 would be fine. Night avoid food as much as possible

I usually have 3 meals each day with a small space for either fruits or junk in between the second and third meal of the day.

You should take balanced and proper diet. In diet you should take more vegetables and fruits. Take grains and cereals. Eat more green leafy vegetables. Do not eat more Junk and Oily food. Do not eat food from outside. Eat fresh and hygienic food. I generally eat balanced Indian food everyday.

I eat thee meals and one cup of tea in the day.because three meals are important for me and i keep my health fit.i think we should take more vegetables and fruits.and don't eat junky foods.eat fresh and healthy foods.Eat healthy foods three times a day.
