I think you have to concern proper skin doctor for it.They may help you better.

To remove dark circles,drinking lots of water,get plenty of sleep,apply cucumber slices to your eyes daily,apply eye cream with vitamin k and retinol,eat healthy diet and fruits.also apply turmeric powder with pineapple juice under the eyes.

There are lots of possible causes for this, non of which are of any major concern. It could be cause by an iron deficiency, or dehydration, or a whole list of other possible causes.
