   bodybuilding supplements are:

   - Protein Isolate
   - Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
   - L-Glutamine
   Also,Take these once a day.

   Also to have Fish Oil capsules, Magnesium & Multivitamin with my breakfast and my shake immediately after working out.
   An important note here is that my supplementation increases when cutting. To get into ‘cutting’ supplementation in Total Six Pack Abs. A quick example from the book is Calcium; this incredibly cheap supplement will increase fat loss with a 3 x 600mg dosing strategy.

   So supplementation increases when cutting, but this is understandable. We want to help the body burn fat while maintaining or building muscle as far as possible. Diet and cardio do most of the work, but I see aiding the fat-loss process as a healthy and sensible exercise.

   I would like to add another dimension to this question...
   What are the best herbal or purely natural supplements to take?
   I think any eatable that has preservatives in it can have side effects.

   Also I checked out whether I possibly could get adequate Vitamin D without having supplementing - - I personally prefer to consider fewer products compared to a lot more. I like to have nutrients from natural foods instead of products and even fortified foods. The only providers of Vitamin D apart from Vitamin D tablets are actually food items plus the sun's rays.
