I always had this agreement with myself that I have to wake up 5 am. And yet I end up waking up at around 7.
What is the best time to wake up?

I think best time to wake up is between 6:00 am to 7:00 am

According to the ancient Hindu Sutras, like Vedas and all, the best time for sleep is 10 PM to 4 AM and going by that, best time for waking up is surely 4 in the morning.
I usually get up at 8!!!

Hahaha! That's a fact. I usually get up 8 - 9 am. The reason is I sleep past midnight- what time do you expect me to be up next morning? LOL
Also, I heard similar to raj time frame for best time for sleep. Do you know that it has some scientific explanation too? That's the time where body repairs cells at its maximum.

I wake 5 am, sometimes earlier. I have to prepare breakfast for my kids. Lifestyle and sleeping habits are the factors affecting one's wake up time.

I have found that it is good to wake up with the sun. This is the most natural sleep cycle, this is the cycle that most other mammals, included humans, have followed for millions of years. Through my experience, when I am on this schedule, I am more energized and productive throughout the day.

My elders always teach me to wake up early in the morning so that you could be healtheir forever and also take a morning walk, But what I follow is different, :) I keep leaving bed after 7 am.. Good naa?
