because we should do morning walk daily ,it is best for our health
4:30 am is the best time of wake up which make the best to health and fitness. It improve well ideas and thoughts in mind and make it cool. It make enjoyable to life which need of peoples.
I would say that 6 am in the morning would be the best time to wake up. As you can do lots of thing by waking up early and the best way to use your time is to do some exercise for a better health.
As per my point of view the best time for weak up is early in the morning this is the best time to weak up. Because when you wakeup early in the morning you have more time to do the exercise and yoga. it gives you more energy.
According to the ancient Hindu Sutras, like Vedas and all, the best time for sleep is 10 PM to 4 AM and going by that, best time for waking up is surely 4 in the morning.
